This Multilingual Learner Conference will offer opportunities for educators to learn about a variety
of Multilingual Learner (ML) related topics. Local, state, and national experts will engage participants in focused professional learning sessions designed to increase and enhance the knowledge and skills of ML instruction. Participants will have the opportunity to attend 2 keynote addresses as well as choose which 60-minute sessions of interest they will attend, consisting of Supporting MLs with IEPs, Leveraging ELP Standards, Early Literacy Support for MLs, Self-Care for ML Educators, Collaboration Methods, and Social Emotional Learning for Multilingual Learners.
National Speakers include Dr. Dorina Sackman-Ebuwa and Dr. Nicole Puza.
Breakout sessions will be conducted by the keynote speakers and state and local presenters.
